iProperty.com Expo: The 2nd International Collection is back by popular demand on March 5 and 6

SINGAPORE, 28 February 2011 – With the astounding success of the inaugural iProperty.com Expo in October last year, the iProperty.com Expo: International Collection is back by popular demand in Singapore at the Marina Bay Sands Expo & Convention Centre on March 5th and 6th, 2011. Presented by iProperty.com Singapore (http://www.iProperty.com.sg), Singapore’s leading property website and part of the iProperty.com Group (http://www.iProperty.com), this Expo is one of six property events to be hosted in Singapore and Malaysia in 2011, bringing the best and the most exciting property developments in the world to attention.

The two-day property exhibition promises to present great investment opportunities to consumers with over 60 exclusive property developments from esteemed developers in Singapore, Malaysia, Australia, United Kingdom, Brazil, Thailand and India. Bringing together industry leaders from around the world under one roof makes the iProperty.com Expo: The 2nd International Collection the place to be for those who want to invest in local and overseas properties.

Showcasing at the exhibition are leading brands like DWG, ECG Holdings and Euroclass Properties from Singapore; Mah Sing, Sime Darby, Sunrise, Sunway and UEM Land from Malaysia; Central Equity, Choice Properties and Pro Alliance from Australia; Century 21 from United Kingdom; Apollo and Ocean Villa from Thailand; and Indiabulls and City Corp from India.

PROPERTY INVESTMENT SEMINARS
Expo attendees will also be treated to free property seminars and forums, where they can look forward to knowledge-sharing from property experts, insights on property investments, and analysis of the property market outlook both in and out of Singapore. To help property investors make informed investment decisions, these seminars are specially designed to address a spectrum of property-related issues, including opportunities, challenges and legal must-knows for investing in properties in Singapore, Malaysia, UK, Australia and Thailand.

For property agents, industry-specific seminars will take place on both mornings for two hours to equip property salespersons with selling tactics and a deeper understanding of the new cooling measures introduced by the Singapore Government (Please see Annex A: iProperty.com Expo – Seminar Series for the seminar schedule).

Mr Shaun Di Gregorio, Chief Executive Officer of the iProperty.com Group said, “The iProperty.com Expo is firmly established as the most successful property exhibition in the Asia Pacific region. Attracting more than 100,000 visitors from 65 countries since 2005, we are very determined to serve up the best names in property developments to our consumers and partners, and create opportunities for them to reap benefits from property investments. Riding on the successes of the inaugural iProperty.com Expo in October 2010, we are proud to bring the Expo to Singapore again this year. We are sure that visitors will derive great value from the iProperty.com Expo.”

The iProperty.com Expo: The 2nd International Collection builds on the success of the iProperty.com Expo in October that resulted in S$50 million in property and attracted over 10,000 visitors.

A specially arranged shuttle bus service brings iProperty.com Expo’s visitors from City Hall MRT Station to Marina Bay Sands Expo & Convention Centre from 10am to 7pm on March 5th and 6th, at a frequency of 30mins.
